Pricing FAQ

  • Is the Small Business plan really free?

    Yes - free for life, for up to 5 employees. No credit card, no expiry. If you grow past 5, you choose modules from the Growth plan.

  • What if I have more than 30 employees on Growth?

    Each module adds a small per-user fee for employees above 30 (€0.50-€1/user/month depending on the module). The summary panel shows you the exact total.

  • Can I switch plans later?

    Yes. Move from Small Business to Growth as you scale. Upgrade to Enterprise when you need dedicated support or custom integrations.

  • Does the AI assistant cost extra?

    Yes - the AI assistant is a separate paid module that you can add to any plan. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance; once you run out, you can top up. Enterprise comes with a larger monthly quota.

  • Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?

    Yes. Reach out to info@hours.ee for non-profit, education, and multi-site discounts.
