We're looking for partners and resellers who know local businesses: accounting firms, IT service providers and consultants. You bring the client, we keep the product running - and you earn a percentage of the client's monthly fee every month, not a one-off payout.
Recurring revenue, not a one-off fee
You earn a percentage of the client's monthly fee for as long as the client uses hours24. Every new client grows your monthly base.

Free plan for up to 5 employees, a 14-day trial, public pricing and free migration with an annual contract - the barrier for the client is low.
We carry the heavy end
Development, servers, second-line support and billing the client are our job. You focus on the relationship and the sale.
Two tiers, one simple formula
Commission is calculated on the client's actually received software monthly fee (excluding VAT). Clients pay us, we pay you once a month against an invoice.

Sample calculation
10 clients = €450 a month in year one
A reseller brings 10 clients, each averaging 50 employees on the Standard plan (€150/month). Their combined revenue is €1,500 a month - the reseller earns €450 a month in year one, €300 in year two and €150 a month from year three. Every additional client raises the base, because a new client's year always starts at 30%.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a partner earn?
A reseller earns 30% of the client's software monthly fee in year one, 20% in year two and 10% from year three - for as long as the client uses hours24. A referrer earns 20% of the client's software monthly fee for 12 months. Example: if a reseller brings 10 clients paying €1,500 a month in total, they earn €450 a month in year one.
What is commission calculated on?
Commission is calculated on the client's actually received software monthly fee excluding VAT (plans and the AI assistant add-on). Device rental, migration fees and other one-off service fees are not included, because they carry a direct cost.
How is a client linked to me?
When you join, you get a personal partner code and referral link. A client counts as yours if they register through your referral link or you notify us of them in writing before they register. If several partners claim the same client, the earlier registration wins.
When and how is commission paid?
Once a month. We send you the previous month's revenue report, you issue an invoice and we pay. Amounts under €50 roll over to the next month.
Does the reseller have to handle client support?
The reseller is the client's first contact (setup help, simple questions) - that's what the higher percentage is for. Technical support, development and servers are on us, and you can always escalate harder topics to us. A referrer has no support obligation.
What happens if I end the partnership?
Either party can end the agreement with 30 days' notice. Commission earned up to termination is paid out, further accrual stops. The exact terms are in the partner terms.
